Customer complaint:
Task manager is missing tabs and menu bar.
When customer pushes ctrl-alt-del, the task manager opens, but it is missing the tabs, menu, and title bar. With title bar missing, customer can not close task manager and has to restart PC to get rid of it.
Solution:
Hover mouse over edge of task manager until it turns into two smaller arrows. Then double-click. One website referred to this limited task manager as "tiny footprint mode".
